Integrations Specialist
Owns a portfolio of API and/or IoT based integrations from scoping through certification.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a set of integrations through certification
- Attend scoping calls
- Prepare accurate documentation for the specific integration
- Identify and escalate when development is required to complete certification
- Serve as escalation point for Support or Implementation on blockers or issues that arise
- Execute certification test cases, record results, and retest after vendor fixes
- Keep integration status, dates, and notes current in Jira
- Maintain the ongoing communication cadence with the assigned vendor through certification
- Hand off certified integrations to Implementation and Support with complete documentation
- Flag scope changes or vendor non-responsiveness to the Lead early
- Handle any internal cloud based issues that arise due to integrations mis-configurations, vendor issues or cloud spikes
